How does Miners Europe handle my personal data?

We guarantee your privacy. We use the information provided by you exclusively for processing your order and keeping our records. The information will not be used for other purposes of a commercial or non-commercial nature that are not directly related to Miners Nederland, without your prior permission being requested.

I have a complaint. How do I proceed?

It can always happen that something doesn’t go quite as planned. Please contact us as soon as possible via info@minersnederland.com, so that we can deal with your complaint. We will always try to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction. In the unlikely event that we cannot come to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur:

From 15 February 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This is only possible if your complaint has not yet been dealt with elsewhere. For this visit:
